The company is managed by a young and yet very talented and successful Beijing Tsinghua alumni, who joined Google after completing dual degree of MBA and CS from Stanford.  She started in Google's Mountain View campus, and later moved back to China to help then Google China President Lee, KaiFu, setting up Google China operations.  She has since left Google and started her own company.

2010-2011 Monte Jade Mentorship Program: Mentoring for Career Advancement

The Monte Jade Executive Mentorship program is the first of its kind
program in the Silicon Valley targeted towards supporting Asian-American
professionals to advance into executive and leadership positions. A primary
differentiator of the MJAA Executive Mentorship Program is the multiple
opportunities participants have to learn from executive mentors, discuss
career development topics within small group settings, and broaden their
