* Description
The candidate will be part of the SW architecture group in SEG (SoC Enabling
Group). This group is driving a number of SoC initiatives including the design
and implementation of reusable modular drivers and firmware, the design of
consistent and persistent interfaces at different layers of the SW stack, and
the design and implementation of a converged instrumentation/diagnostics support

for SoCs. All of these initiatives bring significant improvements in SoC SW TTM,

quality, and scalability, and therefore form a critical part of Intel SoC SW
strategy. The candidate will be initially involved in designing SoC SW
diagnostics, but will ultimately be involved in the design and implementation of

different components of the SoC SW stack, and in driving the different SoC SW
strategies.

* Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with 4+
years of relevant experience. Masters Degree in Computer Science with 3+ years
of relevant experience preferred.

* Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in software development (C/C++)
1+ years of experience with Linux/MeeGo/Android environments

* Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Intel SoC platforms a plus
Prior experience with designing instrumentation, logging, performance
monitoring, power monitoring and other diagnostics

Prior experience with SoC tools, architecture, and the ecosystem is a plus
