The company I am working for (part of Kaiser Permanente) is looking for strong software engineers.

1. Senior / Architect level Software Engineer:

-- the key skill is problem solving and having a reasonable exposure to different components of enterprise software. number of years is not that critical.

2. Middle Level engineer
we do not currently have a posting for this. But experience with software system and some java would be ideal.
