We've engineering teams in San Mateo, Boston and Beijing, and are recruiting top-notch engineering talents at all levels to build our next-gen Big Data Analytics platform. In particular, we're looking for an engineering director to lead the development teams based in Boston.
Required qualifications:
* 5+ years of software development experience with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects. 2+ years of software development management experience with track record in managing and delivering complex projects on tight schedules with sizable team.
* Ability to attract top talent, motivate people, instill accountability and get the best out of people.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly in dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong technical prowess. While coding is not part of the job, ability to contribute to architecture/design discussions and make sound technical decisions is critical.
Desired qualifications:
* Experience in short release cycles, Agile/Scrum, and TDD.
* Expertise in high scalability, Big Data/NoSQL technologies, and machine learning.
* Experience in Java or C#/.Net stack.
