[Tsinghua-NC] Contractor for software algorithm engineer

We're looking for a contractor(3-month term) who has the background with Hidden Markov Model, Bayesian network, Baum-Welch and Viterbi coding, vector quantization, K-mean clustering, classifier, machine learning, digital signal processing.

Requirements:
MS or Phd in EE or equivalent.
2+ years of software development and design experience.
Strong background in Object-oriented design, implementation, and hands-on C++ programming.
Excellent problem solver, highly motivated, energetic and fearless engineering developer.
