透 明 液 晶 面 板 簡 介

1. 產品優勢:不須另外設置液晶面板生產線,所以投資生產線的資金大幅節省,良率提高,導入生產快速,生產成本約高於一般液晶面板5%至10%,低於市售透明液晶面板300%。
2. 產品劣勢:非有一般大廠知名度,市場通路枯竭,及沒有一貫後制廠配合。
3. 產品應用:目前市場上的應用為,韓國三星生產之22吋電視及廣告燈箱,台灣友達生產之大尺吋電視,韓國LG生產之櫥窗廣告等應用,應用面上尚有很大發展如電腦螢幕,遊戲機,平板電腦,行動電話,車廂廣告,公共空間廣告等等。
4.  競爭對未來手:日本SONY.SHARP,韓國三星.LG,台灣友達.大同,中國京東方等公司。

[Tsinghua-NC] Sr. Electrical Engineering position

Hi all,

Asante Solutions, a company manufactures Insulin delivery pumps, has an immediate opening for a Sr. Electrical Engineer position. If you are interested, please forward your resume. The Electrical Engineer specializes in creating miniaturized software-controlled medical devices. The role is to develop electronic hardware systems consisting of extremely low-power micro-controllers and associated digital and analog components. The ideal candidate is an electronic hardware designer with exceptionally strong design skills at the schematic level. Very effective interaction with embedded software development staff is critical attribute.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to:

• Design/develop/improve the power-efficient, cost sensitive, real-time products with an embedded SW system
• Realize circuit designs via schematics  
• Design multi-layer, high-density, low-noise PCBs
• Debug and troubleshoot designs
• Evaluate color LCD, accelerometer, buzzer and co develop these components with the suppliers if needed
• Mapping detailed hardware requirements to detailed hardware verification plans
• Execute the verification test plans
• Hosting periodic design reviews and addressing defects in concert with other functions
• Utilize design development process and methods compliant with FDA Design Controls
• functions
• Transfer the design to manufacturing
• Continue to reduce the COGS from design and process and yield point of view
• Continue to improve the electrical system design

 

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7+ years experience in the development of low-power microcontroller systems or electrical system design
• Experience with medical devices with moving parts a plus (required)
• Start-up company experience (required)
• Experience with drug delivery systems, micro pumps, etc. a plus.
• Experience presenting technical information with a quality focus to internal as well as external partners.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple areas of responsibility concurrently.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, exciting environment is a must.
• Proven knowledge of efficient electrical circuit design and safety standards applied to medical devices.
• Proficient with CAD SW for schematic and PCB design

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

§   BS degree or equivalent experience required

§  MS (preferred)
