POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for design, verification and physical design of parameterized, reusable, Intellectual Property (IP) cores for high speed serial system interfaces such as PCI Express.

REQUIREMENTS:  Employer will accept Master's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical or Electronics) and 5-15 years of work experience in job offered.

Experience desired:  1) Development of high quality IP modules using Verilog/VHDL; 2) scripting in PERL and TCL; 3) PCI Express or similar high speed serial interfaces; 4) knowledge of transceiver protocols 5) knowledge of Bus architecture for embedded systems such as AXI; 6) static timing analysis, synthesis, LEC, and physical design simulation/verification; 7) ASIC/FPGA design methodology.

Summary

 Today, more devices than ever before are connected together via Internet and wireless network, everything from cell phones, tablets, stream video, online TV, to automobile electronics, power grid, surveillance security system, google eye glass, and many other household appliances and machines. The total amount of data generated from these connected devices is skyrocketing with the increasing amount of applications. The data are encrypted, and communicated to the cloud, and consumed by the hosting servers in large quantity. Meanwhile, Moore's law has projected the silicon technologies advanced to deep sub-micron scale, with ever increasing capabilities in supporting mobile computing and data center services. These trends are driving unprecedented demand for big data communication, processing and storage with the underlying supporting infrastructures from silicon, system, and platform software.  
    In this symposium, we have invited industry experts of different fields in the big data ecosystem, from silicon, data storage, cloud computing, and big data analytic, to share with us their visions on what will be and need to be happening in their respective areas to embrace this new era of big data.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the technology and tagging behind mobile and web analytics.
- Create technical specification for tagging and collecting data from mobile applications
and websites.
- Implement data collection using API and JavaScript tags for Webtrends analytics tool. 
- Administration of Webtrends ondemand analytics dashboard including but not limited to
configuration settings, creating custom reports, data validation, etc.
- Ensure user activity data is tracked properly, quality assurance of the tracking variables placed
in Javascripts or native APIs.

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in: computer science, engineering or related fields.
