尊敬的各位海外高层次人才：

天津市代表团将于6月15日晚美国硅谷（旧金山）南湾某中餐馆召开智汇天津—科技合作与海外高层次人才创业项目对接洽谈会，对接海外高层次人才创业项目，开展合作交流，并拟于今年5月、7月和9月邀请部分有意回国创业的海外高层次人才赴天津实地考察（差旅补助），参加第二届海外博士天津行、第五届华侨华人科技创新创业洽谈会和海外高层次人才津门行活动。

一、活动时间及地点

美国硅谷，6月15日晚上南湾某中餐馆 (具体细节将由电子邮件发送)

二、代表团组成

市人才办、市科委、市外专局等政府部门，天津经济技术开发区、天津港保税区、天津滨海高新区、天津河北区、河西区、河东区、红桥区、津南区、西青区、宝坻区和静海县等区域以及部分高科技企业和投资公司。

三、活动内容

介绍天津市近年来支持科技型企业发展的情况，介绍国家和我市引进海外高层次人才特别是创业项目和人才的专项政策，介绍我市留学人员创业园等重点创业平台的环境，并组织参团单位与海外高层次留学人员就来津创办企业、转化创新成果或开展创新合作等内容，进行面对面的对接洽谈。

在美国硅谷的洽谈会将由清华大学最大的海外校友组织—硅谷清华联网 (www.tsinghua.net) 主办，请有意向的海外高层次人才在此报名：

为帮助更多的海外校友了解国内的创业投资环境，各地的引智政策，更好地为海外留学人才搭建回国创新创业的平台，清华校友总会继2011年百年校庆期间组织海外校友回国考察之后，拟于2013年7月9日（周二）至13日（周六）举办“2013年清华校友长三角行”活动。

本次活动考察城市包括上海、苏州、南京、宁波四个城市。活动将特邀国内部分行业的资深校友共同参与，使海外人才对接当地企业、园区、风投机构的同时，更与国内的优秀人才建立联系，助推参会人员和项目的落地实施。热忱欢迎有志于回国发展的清华校友及朋友报名，您的报名审核通过后，我们将于6月初发出正式邀请函，并通知详细的日程安排。参会海外嘉宾除在考察期间的国内食宿行费用由主办方承担外，另有一定的旅费补贴。
