Job descriptions
Work with Customers, R&D, Marketing and Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) to define new products, evaluate new silicon and support the technical sales. Investigate new architectures and apply your creativity to design challenges. You will be the owner of development as the design moves from concept to silicon verification. You will collaborate with Marketing and Design departments to write datasheets and evaluation board manuals. You will be in charge of developing evaluation and demonstration systems for new products.
Skills required
- 5 years with a BSEE or equivalent or 3 years with a MSEE or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of theoretical and practical design of high performance DC-DC, AC-DC power conversion products
- In-depth knowledge of computer, portable and communications systems
- Knowledge of PCB layout techniques for high performance power conversion products
- Excellent communication skills

Job descriptions
- Monthly financial statement preparation for its worldwide entities in Asia and the US
- Weekly cash flow report including cash flow projection and cash budget plan
- Monthly payroll processing and quarterly payroll tax filing with tax authorities
- Handle AP, AR and bank reconciliation
- Review inventory report, gross margin analysis
- Assist Management in review key vendor contracts and negotiation of payment terms
- Lead the inventory ERP system implementation
Skills required
- Hands-on experience with fabless IC company a must
- Experience with consolidation of financial statements for multi-entity offshore structure
- Strong experience with ERP system and cost accounting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- B.S. degree in accounting and/or business administration and minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a managerial role are required
- Might require travel to overseas locations
