| IT manager position Fluent in Mandarin is a plus Please send your resume to jamietys@hotmail.com Primary Roles/Responsibilities: Able to quickly gain a thorough understanding of our industry and objectives Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and requirements to solve problems presented by the client business unit or leverage opportunities towards business process improvements Work with internal and external parties to identify project scope and impact to business productivity; gather business requirements from project stakeholders Documents requirements, defines scope/objectives, and formulates systems to incorporate overall business strategies. Converts business requirements and plans into actionable solutions and IT services Effectively estimate projects based on high level architecture you develop Manage the complete solution development lifecycle while taking on an active development responsibility. Manage external vendors, team workload and deadlines Develop concise and clear training, communications and support for company's end-users Prepare and deliver timely, well-organized and informative presentations including training and process recommendations Lead and coordinates user acceptance testing; write test cases, ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner Be proactive in seeking information, clarification and product knowledge Work independently and efficiently to meet agreed-upon deadlines Extremely Detail Oriented and Possess strong organizational skills to manage and maintain existing IT platform Know and follow IT and software development Best practices Must be extremely team oriented and user-friendly Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP integration Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies (mobile, cloud, virtualization-etc) and aptitude to leverage them in developing innovative solutions
Minimum 4-year Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business 10+ years overall experience with at least 5+ years of project management experience having successfully executed multiple projects to completion Ability to communicate effectively across all audiences, both technical and business and demonstrated aptitude to influence Able to analyze needs and requirements to create functional designs Ability to apply technical understanding to highly complex technical solutions Ability to translate business functional needs into technical requirements Ability to work with business users to ensure agreed upon project timelines are met Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Strong IT business analysis and requirements gathering abilities Proven programing skills in C#, ASP.Net, VB. Net, MS SQL Server Experience in Web application |
