一、"3315团队计划"主要内容

"十二五"期间，宁波市将在新材料、新一代信息技术、新能源、新装备等四大战略性新兴产业，海洋高技术、节能环保、生命健康、设计创意等四大新兴产业，石化、汽车及零部件、纺织服装、电工电器等四大传统优势产业（简称"4+4+4"产业），以及海洋经济产业和现代服务业等3大领域，分特别支持（A类）、重点支持（B类）和优先支持（C类）3个层次，面向全球引进并支持一批由海内外创业创新领军人才领衔的掌握国际先进技术、能引领产业发展的高端创业创新团队。

三、政策支持
三年内给予A类团队2000万元、B类团队1000万元、C类团队500万元的人才经费资助和科研经费资助。对世界一 流水平的创业创新团队，采取特事特办、一事一议的方式。

中華文化的精髓在晢理與智慧，哲理與智慧的俱體表達可以藉由書法展現。歷代賢才，如書聖王羲之、名儒蘇東坡等，更以文達意，以字達情，以書達識（學識、胸襟、涵養）,充分發揮了書法的特色。對現代人而言，簡單的說書法是在創造文字的生命力。書法藝術是書寫者將技法和個人素養，以審美觀，將感情注入書寫中，表現在創作上。讓自己和欣賞者有所感受並產生共嗚。

推動書法,是先驅者張炳煌教授的書法志業。早期台灣電視上播出的「每日一字」，由張教授作標準國字書法示範近二十年，張教授更全力投入書法教育及推展運動。國寶書法名家,張炳煌教授將在二十八日來灣區訪問，推展中華文化的寶藏"書法"，與灣區的文化愛好者和科技創新應用者分享與交流。

• 執筆書寫國家歷史重要文獻，為多位總統書寫總統當選証書。
• 為上海世博台灣館題字,並為台灣祈福。
• 主持＂薪傳路＂、＂每日一字＂標準正體字示範，近三十年。
• 中華民國元旦新春揮毫，迎春活動開筆官。
• 曾榮獲中華文化藝術薪傳獎、教育部社教獎章、國立歷史博物館金質獎章。
• 2010年榮獲中國書界十大代表人物。
• 將書藝與數位科技結合，開發＂神來e筆＂教學系統，藉以轉化文房四寶生機、開啟書畫新紀元。為書畫尋找更廣擴的未來。
• 現任淡江大學中文系教授兼書法研究室主任。

哪一個字最能說明矽谷的特色？「新，快，變，讚，家，貴」還是其它的字？由灣區各大社團聯合首次舉辦的「矽谷一字，筆寫矽谷」票選活動，即日開始接受網路票選。如果對以上六字不滿意者，還可郵寄建議最能代表矽谷的字。結果將於28日揭曉，並由台灣著名書法家張炳煌書寫矽谷一字。

[Tsinghua-NC] Don’t Miss it! LDP Kick-off August 4 (Saturday) 2:30pm with Program Schedule Launched!

Dear fellow Alumni and friends,

 

THAA-NC has recently launched our Leadership Development Program (LDP) which provides young and ambitions alumni a great opportunity to advance their professional or entrepreneurial career through interactive mentor-ship sessions with senior advisers. So far we've had more than 50 registered mentees and 10+ mentor candidates.

 

LDP kick-off meeting will be held August 4 (Saturday) at InnoSpring immediate before the open-to-public panel discussion featuring Mr. Zhu Li (Founder and CEO of UUSee), Mr. George Zhao (Founding and Managing Partner of Trendsters Venture Partners) and Mr. Bo Zhu (Founding Partner of Guangzhou InnoValley), two of whom are Tsinghua alumni.  The public panel is cohosted with SVTN and Innospring.

 

We highly encouraged all registered mentees to attend this kick-off meeting, where they are provided opportunities to meet representative mentors and connect with fellow mentees. Further details on the organization of the mentorship program will be rolled out as well.

Bios of Invited Speakers:

李竹Zhu Li:

Zhu is a serial entrepreneur, Founder/CEO of UUSee which is one of the leading internetTV platforms in China, Founder/CEO of Future Software which was merged by Tsinghua TongFang. Zhu is also angel investor; he has invested 40+ companies since year 2000. He is the president of Tsinghua Alumni TMT Association, vice president of ZhongGuanCun PE Association, director of China Internet Association.

 

趙仕勤George Zhao:

Funding and Managing Partner of Trendsters Venture Partners, was previously a partner at CDH Venture Partners. Before CDH, George was Managing Director at Alibaba Strategic Investment Group. Before Alibaba, George was CFO at Mecoxlane Group which is now a Nasdaq listed eCommerce company. George was the Director at Morningside Venture Investment Fund after he served as investment manager for Intel Capital. George started his venture capital investment career in early 1998. So far, he has invested 40+ companies among which 6 have been Nasdaq listed companies.

Trendsters Venture Partners manages a USD100M fund, focusing on investing in early stage TMT deals.

 

朱波Bo Zhu:

Funding Partner of GuangZhou InnoValley which is one of leading Incubator & Accelerator in China. Prior to Innovalley, he had served Huawei for four years and was the president of Huawei Internet Business Unit.

He was a serial entrepreneur, Founder/CEO of Cgogo which was a leading mobile search provider in China，Co-Founder/CTO of NeTrue Communications in US which was a leading VoIP solution provider worldwide. Bo has over 20 years' working experience both in US and China, and is recognized as expert in Telecom and Internet area.

Bo has MS in Computer science from Arizona State University and BS in EE from Zhejiang University.

Loyal3 offers a web and social media platform that enables public companies to sell their stock directly to customers on their Facebook page or website, creating more loyal customers (As you know consumer based public companies spend billions of dollars each year on loyalty program.)

It is a well founded company with almost unlimited funding by Facebook investors and Salesforce.com executives. In fact, Goldman Sachs had offered to acquire 50% of their shares at an earlier stage and Loyal3 rejected the offer.
