[Tsinghua-NC] UI contractor/consultant

Hello,

Hope everyone is doing well.

I am looking for on-site UI contractor/consultant. I need someone coming
in to quickly build UI framework foundation (Spring MVC, HTML, CSS,
Ajax, JavaScript and etc.)

Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
