文件命名请与表格项目名称(中文或英文)完全一致。报名截至日期3月13日,11:59 PM。被成功遴选的项目负责人会收到CHAIN关于会议安排的进一步通知中美创新协会（CHAIN）与北京市科学技术协会合作，在硅谷举办一次面向海外人才、北京市相关委办局、北京各大开发区以及投资机构的洽谈会。活动将以视频会议的方式进行。每场共有8个展示/演讲机会，欢迎有志于在中国拓展业务或争取投资的公司和个人报名参加。
会议宗旨
本次活动充分发挥北美地区人才、智力的优势，为海外高层次人才与国内企业和机构的交流搭建平台。会议将利用先进的通信平台实现远程高效沟通，促进高科技创业项目和人才寻找投资机构、科技园区、和政策扶持，同时也将帮助北京吸引和招纳高层次人才落户、促进首都地区的科技创新和经济发展。本次活动秉承中美创新协会长久以来的指导精神，旨在为创业者打造一个维度多样、资源丰富的跨国交流平台。
会议介绍
前三期CHAIN与北京市科学技术协会合作举办的，面向北京市政府,各开发区和投资机构的洽谈交流会，于2012年3月和12月以及2013年9月在硅谷获得圆满成功，会后得到双方高度认可和广泛赞扬。秉持不断支持中美创业环境建设的宗旨，CHAIN与北京科协决议举办第四期视频洽谈交流会。
以前参加过视频会议的投资机构包括：晨兴创投，浚源资本，宜信集团，华熙国际投资，名信中国成长基金，中投华瑞投资，博泽投资，永安银泰投资，富汇投资，北京博大环球投资。
洽谈会在硅谷的会场设在Mountain View，会议将通过视频方式与北京会场协同进行，每位硅谷的演讲人用15分钟的时间介绍自己的项目，然后回答投资方和其他相关单位提出的问题。
参展和洽谈领域
本次展示项目以新一代信息技术为主，包括但不局限于：
- 新一代信息技术：大数据、云计算、移动支付、HTML5、社交游戏、物联网等
- 能源：节能建筑、智能电网、能源管理软件、燃料电池、硅纳米阳极锂电池等
- 生物医药：可穿戴技术、生物统计、生物信息鉴定、医疗器械等
- 新材料：纳米碳纤维、新型陶瓷、先进复合材料、有机高分子材料等
- 先进制造：机器人技术、3D打印等
