This is an excellent position for a game development engineer leader,
who has a high possibility to be the CTO of a small company based in
San Francisco.

Responsibilities needed:

- hire and manage a team of engineers, in US and in china.
- design and implement overall architecture for games
- oversee technical development process and procedures
- review and consult on technical considerations for all games
produced with partners
- design and implement tools for internal use
- possibly manage company network and computers
