Dr. Xuecheng Jin is the Vice President of IC Engineering at iWatt Inc, a fables semiconductor startup company in Silicon Valley of California, and is responsible for the company’s analog and mixed signal IC and power conversion technology, with its products volume shipped into leading cellular phone manufacturers (iPhone, Palm, Nokia, Samsung, Alcatel, etc). Before that, he is the co-founder and chief technology officer at Simple Silicon Inc (acquired by iWatt Inc in 2006), where his leadership and technical contribution is instrumental to establish the company’s world-class portfolio of advanced high definition video analog front-end technology which has been widely adopted by the HDTV industry (Sharp, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Samsung, LGE, etc). His previous experiences include a project manager at BitBlitz Communications Inc (acquired by Intersil in 2004), a venture funded startup company in the Silicon Valley that designs and manufactures high-speed physical layer devices using conventional CMOS technology; a senior analog design engineer at Integrated Telecom Express Inc (NASDAQ IPO in 2000), an ADSL broadband solution startup in the Silicon Valley; and an associate research fellow at Texas Instruments, the leadership analog and mixed signal semiconductor company.
Dr. Jin is widely recognized as an analog integrated circuit and technology expert with more than 40 publications in the international journals and conferences, and more than 10 commercially licensed inventions. He received BEng and MEng degrees from Tsinghua University (1985 – 1992), China, and PhD degree from Stanford University (1995 -1999), USA, all in Electrical Engineering.

Eugene founded JEDA Technologies, Inc., in December, 2002 and serves as President and CEO. JEDA specializes in next-generation SoC design methodologies and provides ESL (electronic system level ) verification automation products for leading edge SoC design companies world wide. JEDA Beijing R&D center was opened in December 2004 at Tsinghua Science Park.
Eugene has been working in the networking and computer industry for thirteen years in technical and management positions. Prior to founding JEDA, he was with Juniper Networks from its start where he contributed greatly to the success of many complex ASICs for internet backbone routers. Prior to joining Juniper, Eugene was with Cisco Systems as an ASIC design verification engineer. From 1993 to 1995 he worked on the Sunfire SMP server project at SUN Microsystems where he participated in creating industry’s first hardware Testbench language Vera, which is a part of today’s industry standard, SystemVerilog ( IEEE 1880).

Larry is a US patent holder and has more than 16 years of experience in data services， mobile applications, and cloud infrastructure. He has held positions in global leaders like Verizon/GTE Communications, Symantec/Symantec Software, and start-ups like Lockerz, a SNS and Ecommerce company funded by KPCB. In 2011 he founded TianJin HangMing Technologies Ltd. The company specializes in R&D of Multi-Dimension Search technologies, and provides related applications as services in Cloud and Mobile environments. In 2010, Larry co-founded TEEC Angel Fund in North America. In 2005, he co-founded Cauldron Technologies Inc in Silicon Valley and provided Open Source technology services to clients in northern California. He received many awards in US companies, including a 2003 Leadership Award while working as Principal Engineer and Manager at VERITAS Software.
