Institute of Advanced Computing and Digital Engineering (IACDE, http://szs.siat.ac.cn) was established on October 24th 2008. As the third research division of Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology (SIAT) since 2006, IACDE is committed to employing data acquisition and transmission as the groundwork, high performance computing as the tool, knowledge discovery as the core to serve urban cities and cope with their fast development. IACDE has made its steady step towards a world-class research institute on both talent recruitment and research development during the first year. In 2011, we are furthering our effort on developing key technologies and important applications within the context of building a "smart city", covering all areas of computer science and engineering.
Now, IACDE offers positions ranging from assistant researchers (助ç "), associate researchers (副ç "), to researchers (æ£ç ") in research areas including but not limited to: (1) high performance computing (2) wireless communications and networks（3）computer graphics and visualization (4) data mining (5) database and storage (6) geographical information system (7) embedded software systems.
