Job Positions:


CTO, VP of R&D, Senior director of R&D (3 or more people with different levels)

 

Job Description

  • Lay out long-term technology architecture plan and roadmap;
  • Keep up to date on emerging and evolving technologies and understanding their implications to the business;
  • Oversee the innovation, user experience, and technology strategies;
  • Manages and leads R&D team of designers and writers;
  • Ensures product rollout is in line with Wootide's vision.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally, MS or PhD in CS, EE or other relevant fields, familiar with cloud computing, theoretically and practically;
  • Familiar with telecommunication technologies and sensor technologies is a plus;
  • 8+ years of experience in technology;
  • Rich R&D experience, prefer experience with leading cloud computing firms or other leading IT firms such as Microsoft, IBM, Google, Amazon, Salesforce etc. or senior IT position with start-ups;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage extensive, long-term projects in addition to short-cycle iterations;
  • Strong analytic and conceptual thinking skills to structure problems thoroughly and approach their analyses methodically;
  • Bring fact-based analyses to enable objective decision making on complex technology architecture issues.


VP of SALES

 

Job Description

  • Set overall sales and marketing strategy for the company, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
  • Tie that strategy into specific account plans and individual objectives.
  • Manage a nationally dispersed team of salespeople focused on providing services in the IOT and cloud computing market, including personnel evaluation and compensation
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and grow existing business.
  • Obtain new opportunities, create and submit proposals and facilitate follow-on discussions.
  • Oversee customer handoff to internal operations team, including a comprehensive Scope of Work and contract review.
  • Prepare sales and marketing activity reports and present to executive management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years' demonstrated Sales and Marketing experience within IT industry.
  • Experience managing a sales force, preferably working under various organizational alignments and company plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.

 

PRODUCT DIRECTOR

 

Job Description

  • Defining the cloud architectures, evaluating products and implementing new technology into the offerings
  • Evaluate multiple vendor data products through documented test plans, select vendors, and develop engineering specifications, use cases, and guidelines for these products
  • Work with the product management, architecture and engineering teams to implement designs, and in some cases, perform implementation/configuration changes.
  • Establish and document design and build standards, policies and procedures, assist in implementation documentation
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on all related technologies as necessary
  • Interface with high profile customers during both the pre-sales and post sales processes

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in various software development, architecture, or solution architecture roles
  • Experience in communication, computer, application, IOTs or cloud computing;
  • Proven experience in working across organizational units to develop integration models, use cases, sequence diagrams, etc as tools to help explain and document integration needs.
  • Proven experience managing large scale environments, troubleshooting performance issues, and designing for scale.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing environments, and have worked in a infrastructure as a service environment
  • Team leadership or management experience preferred
  • BA/BS education preferred 
  • Strong certification or industry training required, especially in software development

BD DIRECTOR


Job Description

  • Drive sales of solutions and services
  • Meeting sales quota
  • Leveraging partners and existing customers in territory to support sales efforts
  • Implements comprehensive territory and marketing plans by leveraging key client and industry insight from personal knowledge, research, and use of internal and external subject matter experts
  • Proactively screening the market and identifying potential services/solution opportunities

Job Requirements

OPERATION DIRECTOR

 

Job Description

  • Plan, develop and implement strategies to meet agreed company performance plans within established budgets and timelines;
  • Establish and/or refine organizational responsibilities among Company staff;
  • Work with Company staff to monitor awareness of and adherence to operational objectives and best practices;
  • Establish and monitor compliance with operational policies and procedures;
  • Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, new business opportunities and competitive activities

Job Requirements

  • At least a graduate level degree or equivalent;
  • 5-8 years working experience in Internet & telecommunication job with at least 4 years in senior position in telecom/ISP operation/IT;
  • Expereince in Cloud Computing/IOTs/Software/Computers will be advantages
  • Strong in people management and project management;
  • A team player with strong leadership, excellent planning and organizational abilities;
  • Good knowledge with hands-on experience in sizeable company;

 

MARKETING DIRECTOR

 

Job Description

  • Develop and support cross-functional execution of all China marketing strategies.
  • Continually refine product and commercial strategies to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities.
  • Develop integrated marketing programs to support field selling efforts at strengthening customer relationships and loyalty building.
  • Lead marketing communications for new product launches and sales promotion
  • Develop the talent by coaching and growing talent already on the team, and recruiting top talent.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree or professional experience (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years professional leadership experience in the Telcom/IT/Cloud Computing/IOTs industry.
  • Good project management skills, i.e. experience to motivate and lead multi-functional, cross-cultural project teams
  • Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels
  • Strong results-orientation
