Chengmin (Tel) Liu, TencentSenior Executive Vice President, President of Wireless Business
Tel joined Tencent in 2003 as the General Manager for telecommunication business division and mobile communication business division. Since October 2005, Tel has been responsible for the development and operation of the Company's wireless services business and the management of its regional markets in China. Prior to Tencent, Tel worked for Huawei Technologies in its domestic marketing and sales department. Tel received his Master of Science Degree in Mechanics from Harbin Industrial University.
