Firmware Engineer

A growing electric-vehicle startup is looking for a firmware engineer. We're looking for the right individual to join our team. 



 

Prerequisites:

- 4+ years experience as a firmware engineer

- Knowledge of micro-controllers esp. PIC

- Strong 'C' skills

- Familiarity with electronic test equipment, scopes, meters, comm-analyzers, etc.

- Ability to read schematics, datasheets in order to develop firmware

- Self-starter and able to work in a small dynamic team,

 

Additional Pluses for experience with the following:

- Automotive industry and standards

- Lithium Ion Battery Management

- C++, Python, GNU make (or other build systems)

- PC application development

- CAN bus

- Startup experience

- Matlab

- Linux
