[Tsinghua-NC] Jop Opening: Device Engineer

Cypress Semiconductor

-Job involves characterization and analysis of semiconductor devices including MOS devices and non-volatile memories (flash and EEPROM memory) as part of advanced technology development organization.

Knowledge of semiconductor devices is required. Coursework on semiconductor devices theory, measurement and fabrication is helpful.

BSEE is required. MS or Ph.D. preferred.

Position is located in San Jose, California.
