Tech Lead:

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the technical development on projects pertaining to company's Loyalty platform initiatives.
• Convert abstract business ideas into technical architectures, designs and implementations.
• Work with numerous IT and business groups to implement a quality and stable platform solution.
• Work with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to drive the reuse of shared solutions
• Coordinate delivery related activities between Program Management, Infrastructure Team, SOA and Testing

Qualifications:
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong OO architecture, design and programming skills.
• Strong understanding of patterns and best practices.
• Strong ability to decompose a broad level business requirement into technical implementation.
• Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented attitude. 
• Strong understanding of web development.
• Extensive experience building consumer facing high volume websites.
• 5+ years practical (hands-on) experience with J2EE/Spring Web applications development with commerce experience.
• 5+ Years OOP. 
• 5+ Years Web Services either in SOAP or RESTful API.
• Experience with DoJo, Spring development.
• Experience with implementation of REST & Web Service Servers and clients implementation experience.
• Domain experience with extended expertise in RDBMS, ORACLE, IBM DB2, SQL Server (DML, DDL, Query Optimization).
• Experience with Unix operating systems such as Red Hat.
• Strong understanding of deployment (ANT, Maven, Jenkins ) and version control technologies (SVN). 
• Strong understanding of development methodologies such as Agile, OOA&D, or SCRUM development. 
• Experience with web technologies such as caching, SEO, MVC. 
• Desire to learn new skills and technologies relating to web base platforms
• Innovative thinking to solve challenging problems.
• Results oriented with an ability to work in team and individual contributor work environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Creation of ADA-Compliant Websites.
• Domain experience with extended expertise in RDBMS, ORACLE, IBM DB2, SQL Server (DML, DDL, Query Optimization).
• Experience with Unix operating systems such as Red Hat.
• Experience with workflow and personalization systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of best practices around website security.
• Strong knowledge of web server and application server capabilities and configuration.
• Strong understanding of deployment (ANT, Maven, Jenkins ) and version control technologies (SVN). 
• Strong understanding of development methodologies such as Agile, OOA&D, or SCRUM development. 
• Experience with web technologies such as caching, SEO, MVC. 
• Understanding of security solutions such as single sign on, federated single sign on (SAML), access management, encryption, SSL, Directory Server (LDAP), and Identity Management.
• Good understanding of infrastructure deployment architectures (DMZ, load balancers, firewalls, IPS, etc…).
• Desire to learn new skills and technologies relating to web base platforms
• Innovative thinking to solve challenging problems.
• Results oriented with an ability to work in team and individual contributor work environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
