Dear THAA-NC member:

We are proud to announce THAA-NC 2012 Leadership Development Program that is a new mentoring program designed to help with your career advancement or next career adventure. This 5 months' program is composed of an introduction meeting, 4 small-group discussions, the midterm panel discussion and the graduation gathering. Please see below for detail.

THAA-NC 2012 Leadership Development Program aims at providing you a great opportunity to discuss your career development plans and issues by interacting with mentors and peers. It's a new mentoring program dedicated to advancing your career development.
As Mentee:

You will be coached by leaders in your field of interest. You will discuss career development with peers and mentors. Plus, you will make new friends and refine networking skills.

As Mentor:

You will mentor young professionals to achieve their career goals. You will make friends with new talents and benefit from refreshing ideas and perspectives. Plus, you will influence a group of talents and shape the future of your field.

For both mentees and mentors, this program is an excellent opportunity to build your career ladder and diversify your network.
