The program will address the basics of starting a company in the United States, in Greater China or in an offshore location like the Caymans and how to position the startup for investment and exit. Intellectual property strategy for a global startup will also be discussed. The topics will be presented in a practical, useful way and will focus on key issues so attendees can take the next step in transforming their idea into a business
Presenters will be K&L Gates Palo Alto office partners Fred Greguras and Chuck Holland.
