Senior Release Engineer
Responsibilities
In this exciting and dynamic position you'll be a critical member of the development team. We are beginning to grow rapidly, and many of our build release processes are in their infancy so this is the perfect opportunity to design, build and guide something from the ground up. You will be responsible for a build/release process that will mature as the company grows. The role includes working with source control systems, continuous integration environments, build systems, scripting languages and other similar tools

Responsibilities
Build and lead a team to develop the next generation of UI architecture and design. You will work on mSpot products across many platforms (phone, tablet, web, PC, TV, automotive, and other consumer devices .) Follow through the implementation collaborating with the engineering team to provide assets, consultation, and quality check; Lead a team that is responsible for to UIX design, marketing materials, websites, videos, etc.
Requirements:
• At least 10+ years of solid UI/UX experience
• Successful experience leading a team
Unix Security Engineer
Responsibilities
In this position you'll be a critical member of a tight-knit operations team responsible for our highly scalable, secure internet infrastructure. You'll be developing new security policies for a global environment. If you're a self-starter with an appetite for lots of responsibility and challenges, contact us right away.
- Design and perform security operational procedures, as well as organizational, business continuity, and disaster-recovery procedures. This includes review of IDS, log management, account management, and reporting (as needed by "PCI" or other regulatory policies and audit requirements).
- Develop and manage security policies, processes and documentation in a global operating environment. Update documentation as required by ongoing certifications, audits.
- Identify and mitigate risk for both production operations and music content.
- Maintain industry standard knowledge (rules/regulations) and review security updates from vendors and the Internet at Large for impact and response.
- Provide 24x7 hour support of production servers with an emphasis on security and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise with a focus in security incident issues. (Primarily Unix, but also Network management and MS Windows)
- Partner with Engineering, other support teams, and vendors to resolve problems or implementation of new products or services by performing device troubleshooting and data capture and analysis using various tools and systems
Senior Unix Systems Adminstrator/Engineer

Software Engineer, Front-End Team
mSpot is looking for talented, enthusiastic Software Engineers with high-volume web application development experience. mSpot offers exciting opportunities to collaborate with outstanding problem solvers and proactive "can-do" achievers.
The Role:
- Create fast front-ends for our consumer site and partner portals using your expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Flash.
- Passion for developing well-architected, maintainable, and clean code
- Work closely with our product management team and architect to create new user experiences which engage our users
- Create new applications in PHP which expose our core infrastructure in new and exciting ways
- Solid and extensive experience with distributed, server side application development

Software Engineer, Music Team (Android)
The Music Team is responsible for building the clients for mSpot Music. This service utilizes server software components to mobilize a customer's music. The role for this position is to create mobile applications on Android to support this service.
You'll be involved in the full software development life cycle, from requirements definition to customer delivery. Technical responsibilities include: software design, effort I estimation, implementation, unit testing, integration, and bug fixes. Our Software Engineers own their product and work closely with the Quality Assurance group to ensure a successful end user experience.
Desired skills:
• BS/MS in Computer Science or any equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience with object-oriented programming (C++, Java, and/or Objective C)
• Android experience
