General Summary
Responsible for developing test methodology and tester software to support testing and characterization on magnetic random access memory (MRAM) products.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop wafer test program, characterization program, and final test program on Advantest T5781 and/or Nextest maverick II;
· Optimize testing quality and effectiveness, reduce test time;
· Use and maintain test hardware: tester, probe card, interface board;
· Analyze characterization data;
· Participate in cross function teams: support process FA, design verification, and product release.
Job Specification and Requirements*
· Proficiency in C/C++ programming, Matlab, and Excel;
· Experience with ATE, such as Advantest and Nextest testers;
· Semiconductor memory circuit design knowledge is highly desired;
· Good communications, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Good judgment;
· Experience with testing and characterization of magnetic and electronic devices is a plus;
· Min. BS or higher degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Science or related field with experience on memory testing.
Work Schedule, Conditions and Physical Requirements
This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday. Regular work schedule may occasionally be adjusted to meet company needs. Occasional domestic and international travel required. The majority of the time for this position will be in an office environment working with a computer terminal requiring extended periods of sitting. A portion of the work will take place within a ESD /magnetic field sensitive laboratory environment which might require adherence to safety and dress standard, including but not limited to smocks, bunnysuits, hairnets, safety shoes, glasses, latex gloves, etc.
