Responsibilities:

1. Architect, Next Generation Web Framework.
2. Design and Develop solutions in the area of webframework, Distributed Computing and Software Packaging and Release methodologies.
3. Assist in day-to-day developer support for web frameworks and Packaging frameworks.
4. Write code in Java.
5. Evaluation of state of the art Open Source frameworks.
6. Present Solutions, and work with other technology managers to craft solutions

Minimum Professional and Technical Skills:

1. 5+ yrs in-depth Java programming and Object Oriented Design and Programming experience.
2. Experience with MVC frameworks such as Spring MVC framework, Struts and JSF.
3. Experience with AJAX technologies is preferred.
4. Experience in Maven plugin development.
5. Experience in scripting languages, such as Ruby, Python, or Perl.
6. Experience with Apache, tomcat and jetty.
7. In-depth experience with Linux, Unix.
8. Familiar with development tools such as Eclipse, Maven and SVN.
9. Experience with Agile Methods, including Test Driven Development.

Minimum Education, Certification, Training:

BS degree, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
