Speakers' bio:
The first speaker:
Song Yan(Gloria) is currently with KKR Asia responsible for its greater China PE investment. Before that she was with GIC, government of Singapore investment for its China fund and direct investment for 3 years. Before that she was with Cicc investment banking for 4 years. Her track record include Kkr "s investment in a PIPE investment in a leading Chinese bank, Far eastern leasing, Cicc; Gic"s investment in chongqing new century department stores, and portfolio management of Kingsoft software and xingda steel cord Investment etc. She was also the key team member for ICBC, Dongfeng motor and hundson technology Co"s restructuring and IPO.
She received MBA from NYU stern, master of finance from Fudan univercity, and bachelor in economics from Nanjing university.
The second speaker:
Mr. Ning Ho possesses over six years investment consulting experience in China. His main clients included but not limited to Norinco Group, a Chinese state-own conglomerate and a dominate player in China auto industry; Medley Capital, a multi-billion U.S. hedge fund that invested over $100 M in China; Resource Innovation, a boutique investment banking firm that focused on advising clean technology M&A and private placement transactions. His professional expertise covered deal sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio management services to venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds, M&A and private placement advisory services to pre-IPO companies, and corporate global strategy advisory to large Chinese enterprises.
Mr. Ning Ho received a B.S. degree in Economics from UC San Diego in 2006 and exchanged at the Guanghua Management School of Peking University for one year.
