Business Development Manager – Data Centers
A startup based in Santa Clara County, Northern California is looking for passionate individuals with entrepreneurial leadership qualities to develop businesses in the fast growing markets, where social media and mobile apps sectors have seized 75% of venture investment in North America.
Job Description:
The business development manager is responsible for developing data center strategies and marketing emerging technological products to Internet-based companies that demand data center operations.
Position Requirements:
1. Experience in developing system infrastructure including hardware configuration, computer/server facilities, operating systems and networks;
2. Experience in budgeting, installing, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting data center equipment and software, with intensive knowledge about total cost of ownership;
3. Experience in working with technologies involved in systems applications, personal computer networks, and usage of company internet systems;
4. Three or more years of supervisory and management experience;
5. Five or more years of data center administration experience;
6. Excellent communication skills in writing and oral presentation;
7. MS degree in business, computer science or related field preferred.
