Verification Test Engineer

We are a team of alums from places like Google, Microsoft, EA and NASA looking for an amazing verification test engineer to join our team. If you care about building a product that can improve the health of millions and analyzing the world's single largest repository of vital signs, we want you.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise overall verification framework
  • Carry out verification of product on hardware, firmware, and mechanical design
  • Work with the engineering team to define all test cases for verification process
  • Design or acquire required testing gears and apparatus
  • Carry out entire product release verification process
  • Perform and design verification automation framework

About You

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must have a BS in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience
  • Thoroughly familiar best verification automation practice and process
  • Understanding of agency testing requirements and other standards test requirements
  • Interested primarily in candidates with experience with wearable consumer electronics
  • Strong familiarity with test case management system, defect reporting and tracking tools and procedures
  • Test automation experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products is a must
  • Must be able to work out of our SF office

Ideally

  • Consumer product experience
  • Medical device experience
  • Understanding of hardware, firmware and mechanical designs
  • Have worked with 3rd party labs to outsource various verification or certification tasks not able to perform in house
