networking developer:  

at least 2 years embedded system and networking development experience, strong C programming skill, solid knowledge on TCP/IP networking.  Networking security experience is a plus.

senior network management developer:

at least 5 years embedded  system and network management development experience.   Familiar with C, HTML and Java languages.  TCP/IP and Networking management protocol knowledge is a must.
