About the Speaker:

Frank Xiong is VP of Software Development in Oracle and responsible for Tuxedo product line worldwide as well as managing the Oracle China R&D Center. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in large enterprise software companies in the U.S., such as BEA, IBM and Candle, as well as start-up like Entropia in grid computing. He has extensive experience in managing software products and full cycle software development based on a wide range of technologies and system environments.
